Safety ProceduresThyssenKrupp Waupaca is dedicated to the health and safety of each of its employees.

It is our goal to eliminate work-related injuries and illnesses and to provide a safe work environment. We believe that safety does not just happen; it requires commitment from everyone, starting with accountable leadership down to the production floor employee.

Each and every ThyssenKrupp Waupaca employee has the responsibility to work safely and to report hazards promptly.

This will be accomplished by concentrating our efforts in the following areas: Supervisor accountability, Active employee Safety committees, Ongoing assessment of the workplace for hazards, Maintenance of equipment in a safe operating condition and continued Employee training.

ThyssenKrupp Waupaca has a management system in place for health and safety. We are registered to OHSAS 18001:2007 at all locations.
