Waupaca Foundry Helps Celebrate 75 Years Of The Foundry Education Foundation
In 2022, the Foundry Education Foundation less formally known as FEF celebrates its 75th year. The program started in 1947, two years after WWII ended, due to the high demand for skilled workers in the metalcasting industry.

Waupaca Foundry Awards Scholarships
At Waupaca Foundry, we are committed to the well-being of our employees, their families and our surrounding communities. We have been awarding scholarships to deserving high school seniors on their achievements for more than 40 years now. We are pleased to announce this year we have awarded $39,000 in scholarships to graduates across the United States. Many of the recipients are children of employees, and all are attending a two-year or four-year college in the fall.

Waupaca Foundry awards local scholarships
Waupaca Foundry recently awarded $36,000 in scholarships across the U.S. and $9,000 to Tennessee Valley area graduating high school seniors. Two are children of Waupaca Foundry employees. The iron casting foundry awarded six scholarships to students attending either a four-year college or two-year technical school.
